Service Turkey – Mehmet Amin Aslan, who was released after 30 years in prison on charges of membership in the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), told the story of the years of imprisonment, torture, isolation and heavy pressures that his family endured. Referring to the "peace and democratic society" process, he expressed hope that this process would come to fruition with the continuation of the political struggle, the renewal of the movement and the broad participation of the Kurdish community.
Service Turkey- The head of the Diyarbakir branch of the Turkish Architects Association criticized the process of turning the historical Diyarbakir Prison into a museum, saying that during the renovation of this prison, the traces of torture, resistance and historical memory have been destroyed and a completely modern building resembling a "five-star hotel" has replaced the reality of this prison.
