Two-body authority demand is a treason, KDP official says

<p style="text-align:left">The head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) leading counsel in Kirkuk and Germian called the demands to rule the Kurdistan region through a two-body system is a treason as the one occurred in October 16 last year when when a part of the region's land were taken by the chauvinists and now they are attempting to to take the control of another part of the autonomous region in the north of Iraq.

Kemal Kirkuki told the KDP media that there is a plot against the Kurdistan region and there are attempts to defeat the region's experience.
The head of leading council referred to attempts to decentralized the ruling system in Kurdistan region, stressing that there are many who have called for a two-body system but the demand is a treason like the one took place in October 16 2-years ago.
The official further stated the central government in Iraq is trying to hide its defeat, shortcomings and corruption through cutting the salary of the region's working personal and cutting its share of budget.
Kirkuki meant the return of the Iraqi forces to the areas controlled by Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution, known as the disputed regions, and the end of Kurdish political and military control over these areas.
The Kurdistan Democratic Party accuses a faction in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) of working with Baghdad to return the rule of the central government to the disputed areas in October 16, 2017.
