Referring to the process of unity among Syrian Kurds, the commander said in remarks that "the first phase of the Syrian Kurdish dialogue process has been successfully completed and the second phase of negotiations has begun."

In a message on his Twitter page, Kobani said: "we expect the political sides to set the interests and the future of the people of the region as their priority” and vowed that all the Kurdish sides will become successful and will make history together."
