US takes over all ISIS members from Kurds

According to Stars and Stripes, the US Department of Justice has announced that it has extradited four more US nationals arrested on charges of membership in the ISIS terrorist group in the Kurdish-controlled area of ​​Syria, making them the last ISIS members that Washington has taken over from the Kurdish forces.

The Ministry of Justice said in a statement that the United States has so far extradited and returned 25 of its nationals arrested in Iraq and Syria on charges of membership in or support of ISIS. 10 of these people are kids.

Three other US ISIS members are still in Iraq or Syria, but it is not known if they were detained by Syrian Kurdish forces.

The United States has also called on European countries to hand over ISIS members to the Syrian Kurds. Syrian Kurdish forces have repeatedly said they are unable to take care of some 10,000 ISIS fighters and 70,000 of their family members. The Kurdish Autonomous Administration in Syria has asked 54 foreign countries to extradite ISIS members.

The trial of some of the returned ISIS members to the United States has begun.
