The head of Registering Companies Office, Dilzar Esmael, told the KDP party official website that currently 28000 companies, including 3000 foreign and international companies, have been registered and are active in the region, adding that the number of registered companies in the region has increased by 10 percent in 2018.
He further added that the number of companies in the region has increased but there are not as many companies as there were before the invasion of the Islamic State (IS).
