According to the KRDnews news agency, Russian military forces have set up a surveillance center at the point where the Free Syrian Army and the Turkish army clashed with the SDF forces, with the Russian flag waving at the center.

It should be noted that, according to the agreements made between the Russian army and the SDF, three monitoring centers will be established jointly.
