Talabani pointed out: In order to provide more services, provide funding and salaries for employees, and restore the balance of power, we must vote for the Kurdistan Coalition. Because this coalition is composed of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Movement for Change (Gorran), and works according to the methods of Mam Jalal Talabani and Nawshirwan Mustafa [revered former PUK and Gorran leaders] to realize the legitimate rights of the people of Kurdistan.
