Local sources in northern Syria reported that a Turkish military armored vehicle (panzer) struck a 15-year-old boy named Ali Al-Sihel, resulting in his immediate death from severe injuries. 

According to these sources, the Turkish military vehicle did not stop after hitting Ali and continued on its way.
