Kurds ask US to not to leave Syria

The representative of the Syrian Democratic Council in Washington has asked the United States not to leave the Syrian Kurds alone for the sake of the interests of this country.

Sinem Mohammad, the representative of the Syrian Democratic Council, the political branch of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the United States, emphasized the need for the continued presence of American forces in Syria.

In an interview with Fox News, he said: Terrorism continues to threaten the whole world, and ISIS and Al-Qaeda are still active in the northeast and northwest of Syria.

This Syrian Kurdish official added that America can end terrorism in cooperation with the Syrian Kurds.

He added that if the US leaves the areas controlled by the Syrian Kurds, its rivals in Syria would become stronger.

Sinem Mohammad asked Joe Biden's government to provide political support to the Kurds during their negotiations with Damascus.
