US forces not to quit Manbij: Ilham Ehmed

<p style="text-align:left">The Head of Syria Democratic Council in Kurdish regions of the country, Ilham Ehmed stated in gathering addressing Raqqa tribal chiefs that the U.S. will not withdraw its forces from Manbij.

According to Hawar News she told the gathering that Turkey has threatened to launch a military operation in east and north of Syria and has therefore setteled its forces in Manbij.
She further warned that possible Turkey military operation will not only prolong war in Syria but also would make refugees to seek shelter outside the war-torn state.
Ehmed reminded the gathering that the Kurdish forces defeated the terrorist group that had spreaded fear all around the world and now it is time for Kurds participation in talk over the future of Syria, reiterating that all those states that Syrian Kurds are cooperating with are against Turkey presence in Syria.
US President Donald Trump stated last Thursday that White House will withdraw its forces from Syria soon; a decision that sparked oppositions inside the White House and led into the resignation of U.S. Defense Miniser James Mattis and the U.S. Envoy in the US-led anti-IS coalition Brett McGurk.
The president of Gulf State Analytis told Kurdpress in an interview that the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Syria will push the Kurdish forces of Peoples' Protection Units (YPG) towards Moscow and the Syrian governemt.
