NRT reported that Turkish warplanes bombed Mira Rash village in Sheikh Zada area in Bradost, northeast of Erbil.
The Peshmerga members went to extinguish a fire caused by Turkish strikes in the area, the reporter added. The Turkish warplanes struck the area again at 05:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
The three are members of Unit 80 of Peshmerga forces, affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). The Peshmerga were brothers and a cousin.
The reporter further said one Peshmerga suffered a critical wound that required one of his legs to be amputated.
An Eizidi boy was also shot dead by the Turkish army in Rabanga village in Zakho on Tuesday night.
On May 15, Turkish bombardment in the Region’s Barzan area killed a civilian.
Turkey has recently increased the frequency of its strikes on targets in the Kurdistan Region, which it says are part of an effort to combat the PKK.
More than 30 people have been killed in Turkish airstrikes in the Kurdistan Region in the last 10 years, according to unofficial statistics. Dozens of others have been wounded.
