Abadi seeking election interests in ties with Kurdistan Region: deputy

<p style="text-align:left">A Movement for Change (Gorran) deputy in the Iraqi parliament says the Prime Minister of the country, Haider al-Abadi, is seeking interests for the upcoming election in Iraq in his ties with the northern autonomous region of Kurdistan.

Masoud Haider told Firat News that Abadi is seeking his interests in the election and his ties with Erbil, the capital of the region, are within the goal.

He also warned that Abadi is planning to make crisis in Kurdistan Region.

Stressing that disputes between Erbil and Baghdad is at a level that they cannot be settled in a near future, underlining that in addition to disputes over the control of border gate ways there are efforts to impose an unacceptable political will on the region.
