Mehdi Kobani told Sputnik news agency that the base is loated in Hako Omar region and it is far bigger than other U.S. bases in Syria Kurdish regions in the north.
The U.S. has already created bases in the regions of Derik, Tabqe, Milan, Hul, Shadadi, Kobani, Ain Eysa, Hasake and Tal Abyadh.
