Iran, Kurdistan Region economic conference to be held in Erbil, official tells Kurdpress

<p style="text-align: left;">The Iranian Consul General in Kurdistan Region told Kurdpress in an interview that an Iran and Kurdistan Region trade and economic conference is to be held in the coming days in Erbil, the capital of the region, where Iran and Iraq economic activists will participate.

Morteza Abadi stated that Iraq commerce ministry and commerce chamber officials will participate in the conference planned to be held on May 3 and 4.

The official further stated that Erbil, Sulaimani, Dohuk, Halabja, governors and Garmian and Raparin officice chiefs will attend in the conference, adding that Baghdad, Nainawa and Kirkuk province governmental and private sector activists have bee invited to the conference.
