Iran MP, Bashar al-Assad meet, discuss recent developments

<p style="text-align:left">The head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iranian Parliament met with the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Damascus on Monday and discussed the latest developments in Syria.

Alaeddin Boroujerdi is going to meet some other senior Syrian authorities to discuss the recent regional and international developments, IRNA reported.

Accompanied by Qasem Jasemi, Karen Khanlari, and Siamak Moreh Sedgh, respectively as representatives of Kerman, Iranian Armenians, and Iranian Jews to the Parliament, Boroujerdi arrived in Damascus on Sunday.
