Maliki, Ameri meeting with KDP, PUK delegations led to no deal: daily

<p style="text-align: left;">London-based daily of al-Hayat reported that the recent meeting between the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) with al-Fath Coalition Leader Hadi al-Ameri and State of Law Coalition Leader Nousi al-Maliki has not led to any deal between the sides.

The daily released a report on Saturday and quoted sources as saying that the meeting has not led into any deal between the four sides.

The source who stopped short of revealing his name stated that the KDP and the PUK are trying to play the role of a kingmaker in forming the next Iraqi government and the Sunnis in the country follow the same policy.
