Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Kobani said: "There have been new developments around the activities of Kurdish alliance. Political blocs are considering this process positively and the meetings that have taken place have produced positive results. We will announce the achieved results in the coming days. We call on all political parties to contribute to this process and move ahead on the basis of the Kurds unity."
According to Hawar News Dr. Bakhtiyar Hussein, a member of the Euphrates region delegation who met Kobani, said in his remarks about the attempt that: "All the blocs that have demand the equality have attended (in the process). The Kurdish unity is an urgent need. We will also meet with both the Syrian Democratic Union Party (PYD) and the Patriotic Council of Syrian Kurds (ENKS). Erbil 1, Erbil 2 and Dohuk agreements were signed between the ENKS and the SDF. Unfortunately, none of these agreements yielded any results. Today, however, we are facing a different environment and conditions. Making a decision in the interest of the Kurds has become an urgent need."
