Suleiman Osso, the head of Kurdistan Unity Party in Syria (P.Y.K.S) and a member of the Board of Directors of the ENKS, told Kurdpress that the second phase of negotiations between the council and the PYD has begun, expressing hope that the two sides would be serious in the talks.

Syria is in a critical condition and the ENKS is behaving wisely in dealing with Kurdish issues and has a great responsibility in this regard, he said.

According to KurdPress reports, a meeting has been held between Mazloum Kobani, the Commander-General of Syrian Democratic Forces, and US representatives in the past few days. Agreements have been made, in the meeting, over the start of the second round of talks between Kurds in Syria.
