Maj. Gen. Bakhtiar Mohammad, a military adviser and member of the Peshmerga Ministry High Reform Board, told BassNews that Washington plans to equip two other Peshmerga divisions within cooperation with the ministry of Peshmerga.

"Within the framework of the implementation of the reform law in the Ministry of Peshmerga, five sub-committees and a high-level board have been formed. One of the committees is working on coordinating the files of the ministry's employees and recruits and has taken good steps so far," the official added

Major General Bakhtiar Mohammad stated: "Other delegations are working on issues such as coordinating the salaries of Peshmerga forces and coordinating the accounting units of the Ministry and Units 1 and 7, and with the cooperation of the Ministry of Martyrs, a commission has been formed to list the names of martyrs."
