Hiro Ibrahim Ahmed reiterates Kirkuk is Kurdish

<p style="text-align:left">A leading member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), Hiro Ibrahim Ahmed, reiterated that Kirkuk province is Kurdish.

During a visit to Kirkuk on Tuesday, Ahmed met PUK personel in the province and stressed that Kirkuk is a Kurdish region and Iraq parliamentary elections proves the reality.
She underlined that Kurds would not compromise on their rights in this regard and won't make deal with any force, the PUK official website reported.
Meanwhile Aso Mamend, the chief of the PUK office in Kirkuk, stressed Kirkuk is a Kurdish region and Kurds would not accept the current situation in the province any longer.
She further hailed the role of PUK parliament deputies in the Iraqi parliament as well as Iraqi President Fuad Masoum, also a PUK member.
PUK won 6 seats, 50 percent of the votes, in Iraqi fourth parliament elections.
