Turkish army bombs Kurdistan Region village three times in a row

Turkish military fighter jets bombed a village in Dohuk province, Kurdistan Region, three times in a row before noon on Tuesday, November 9.

Serbast Sabri, the head of the Kani Masi district in the Kurdistan Region's Duhok province, told Rudaw that before noon on Tuesday Turkish army fighters had bombed the village of Shilazai and its environs three times in a row.

He added that no civilians were hurt or injured in the airstrike.

In recent days, the Turkish army has bombed various parts of the region several times, which have destroyed the environment of the region.

These attacks, under the pretext of taking action against the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) forces, have started in the territory of the region in recent years and have so far killed and injured dozens of citizens of the region and evacuated 800 border villages.
