<p style="text-align: left;">Syria Human Rights Watch has claimed in a report released on its website that the representatives of the Syria government and Syria Defense Forces (SDF) have met in Qamishlo.

The report came after U.S. President Donald Trump announced the withdrawal of the U.S. forces from Syria.

According to HRW the Syria government and the SDF representatives have discussed delivering the control of Deir Az-zur oil wells to Damascus, Turkey operation in eastern Euphrates as well as the withdrawal of U.S. forces from Syria.

The U.S. decision sparked demonstrations in different cities in Syria, including Manbij, Tel Tamar, Tel Barak and some other cities where people gathered in front of U.S. military bases and protested the White House decision.
