Turkey builds new military base in Ain Issa

The Turkish army has set up a new military base north of the M4 highway near the town of Ain Issa in Syria Kurdistan.

According to the Firat news agency, the Turkish army has set up a military post near the village of al-Mushrrafa in Ain Isa area and expanded it as a military base.

The base is located one kilometer from the village of Al-Mushrrafa, one kilometer from the strategic M4 highway, one kilometer from the joint positions of the Russian and Syrian armies, and 3 kilometers away from the city of Ain Issa.

It should be noted that Turkey has been preparing for a possible attack on Ain Issa area for some time. This area is a strategic point for the Kurds, because by occupying it, Turkey will cut off the eastern and western parts of the areas under the control of the North and East Syrian Autonomous Administration.
