Istanbul 37th Heavy Penal Court has sentenced Kaftancioglu to 9 years, 8 months and 20 days in prison, ANF News reported.

During the hearing, when the court board asked Kaftancioglu to speak her last words, she said; “This is not my last but first word. I will never give up on my thoughts and words, no matter the price. Whether inside or outside (of prison), I will never give up on my dreams. I will never have a final say. The season of “us” has begun. He has lost and we have won, 80 million people have won.”
