There are reports that the Kurds and Damascus have made some accords and the two sides have voiced readiness for negotiation which, according to some unconfirmed reports, the two sideswould jointly control the important Tabqa Dam and a third of the crude oil drilled from Remilan and Jabseh oil fields would be sent to the central government.
No side has confirmed the reports.
Korbico added that Damascus is serious to retake the cntrol of all inches of the country, but it seems that the Syrian central government can control the Kurdish region peacefully.
He went on to stress on the role of Russia in helping Damascus to achieve the goal.
