World Service - A senior official of the Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party, while warning against the failure of the federal system and Baghdad's move towards centralism, announced that 55 articles of the Iraqi constitution are still suspended and only 4 of the 87 clauses of the political agreement with the central government have been implemented.
