Putin says cooperation with Iran, Turkey helped solve Syrian crisis

<p style="text-align:left">Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that cooperation between Russia, Iran and Turkey greatly contributed to the Settlement of Syrian crisis.

In a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, he urged further development of Russia-Turkey relations.
Referring to his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Putin noted that cooperation between Russia and Turkey in the economic field and settlement of certain regional issues including Bahrain crisis should be further improved, IRNA reported.
&ldquo;With the involvement of other countries including Iran as well as cooperation with the UN and European states and the US, we managed to attain serious gains in solving Syrian crisis,&rdquo; he said.
Cavusoglu, for his part, hailed good relationship between the two countries&rsquo; presidents, saying that such ties will drive the two countries toward development.
