According to the available information, Barzani decided to assign Jotyar Adel to the position of his official spokesman, while the former spokesman of the former Nechirvan Barzani’s government, Safeen Dizayee has been transferred to work in the Department of Foreign Relations, Shafaq News reported.

Barzani has also assigned Nour al-Din Saeed Wissi, director-general of Kurdistan Satellite (K24), to the position of head of the Information Office of the Prime Minister.

Yet K24 headquartered in Erbil belongs to Masror Barzani.

It is worth mentioning that Barzani has been entrusted the task of managing his office to Shaban Jalali.
