Barzani said on Twitter that the pair focused on economic cooperation and regional challenges.
“We value our deeply-rooted ties with Jordan and look forward to further [strengthening] them,” he said without elaborating the about the details of their talks.
It is Barzani’s second trip abroad this month, after traveling to the UAE.

He stated that bilateral relations between the UAE and the Kurdistan Region were strong and that both sides see the relationship as valuable.
