The Al-Halabusi order states: The committee is responsible for negotiating with the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to find appropriate solutions in accordance with the Iraqi constitution and other laws, and to ensure justice in the distribution of assets among citizens and to guarantee it in accordance with the laws in the 2021 Iraqi Federal Budget Law draft.
