Turkey, US start joint training in Manbij: minister

<p style="text-align: left;">Turkey National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said his country and the United States started joint training on patrol activities in Syria's Manbij on Tuesday.

According to Yeni Safaq Akar said Turkey and the U.S. will begin combined patrolling activities in Manbij following the joint training,.

The Manbij deal between Turkey and the U.S. focuses on the withdrawal of the YPG forces from the city to stabilize the region, which is in the northeast of the Aleppo province in northern Syria.
