According to NRT Turkish drones bombarded the Yezidxan bases in the Snune subdistrct of Shingal twice.
Yezidxan Protection Force is a military wing of the Shingal Autonomous administrative Council backed by the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
Turkey routinely violates Iraqi sovereignty as a part of its campaign against the PKK in the Region and northern Iraq. Shingal has come under repeated air strikes.
