The KDP-S leaders briefed Barzani about their political involvement in Syrian Kurdistan as well as the current challenges face by the Kurds in Syria.
They also thanked Barzani for his continued support to the Kurds in Syria since the beginning of the crisis in the neighboring country, BasNews reported.
Barzani delivered a speech during the meeting and reiterated his concern over the future of Kurds in Syria.
He, however, valued the courage of the Kurds and the continued efforts by the KDP-S to defend the Kurdish cause in Syria.
