The explosion went off in the neighborhood of Tel Arusi in Gre Spi city, known as Tel Abyad, in northeastern Syria, the report said.
Casualties remained unclear since the area is under the control of Turkish forces and the militant groups, the report added.
Nine people were killed and 22 others were wounded in an explosion in Tel Abyad on November 23.
Turkey’s Defense Ministry accused the People's Protection Units (YPG) of carrying out the attack, which it said had killed three people and wounded 20, while a senior spokesman for the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) accused “Turkish-backed mercenaries” of being responsible.
Tel Abyad was one of two border towns that saw some of the heaviest fighting when Ankara launched its cross-border offensive on October 9 targeting YPG forces in northeast Syria.
The Turkish pro-government newspaper Daily Sabah cited Turkish Defense Ministry as saying that nine civilians including a child were wounded in an explosion went off in Jarabulus on Saturday.
The ministry also accused the People’s Protection Units (YPG) of detonating the explosion in a statement.
Turkish forces and its rebel allies captured Jarabulus from the Kurdish fighters in September 2016.
