Wataniya Alliance denied the results of the polls due to violence, fraud, purchase of votes and situation of the displaced people as well as the unclear results announced by the electoral commission.
According to NRT it also called for the creation of a caretaker government until another election will be held in the country.
The poll on Saturday was Iraq’s fourth parliamentary election since the fall of toppled president Saddam Hussein.
Some 10 million eligible voters cast their ballots during the elections, IHEC said in a press conference in Baghdad.
Following the announcement of the preliminary results in the Kurdistan Region five political parties including, New Generation, Change Movement (Gorran), Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), Kurdistan Islamic Group (KIU) and Coalition for Democracy and Justice voiced their opposition to the results, calling for a manual recount of the votes.
Gorran claimed that the electronic system has been hacked.
