Aldar Khalil stated in a part of his speech: "The United States and the international coalition are transferring ISIS members to Iraq, which means that they have a plan against Iran.To implement this plan against Iran, they must create chaos in Iraq.

Aldar Khalil continued: "They have two ways to do this. First, by directing the armed forces affiliated to Damascus towards the Iraqi border and then supporting the extremist groups inside Iraq. "If ISIS members are present in Iraq, they will activate them at the appropriate time and these ISIS members will support foreign groups or forces.

He added: "If such a situation occurs in Iraq, it means that one of the fronts that Iran has created to defend itself has been targeted. As it was done in Lebanon, the plan targeting Iran will also be implemented in Iraq. This issue will not be limited only to Syrian Kurdistan; In this framework, we are trying to protect ourselves, fight not to be attacked and divided, and at the same time defend the achievements of our people.
