Kurdpress publishes the text of the statement: We welcome and support the agreement between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to cease fighting, merge military and administrative institutions, ensure the civil and educational rights of the Kurdish people and return the refugees to their homeland.
