According to Havar News Agency, the management board of Kobani Autonomous Region returned to Kobani city after an official meeting with the officials of Aleppo province on Thursday. The members of this delegation, Mazgin Khalil and Abdurrahman Demir, gave explanations regarding the results of this meeting.

Abdurrahman Damir, a member of the Kobani City Council, referring to the expectations of the people of Kobani from the results of these talks, said: "The language of agreement and dialogue was a priority. We want to close the previous page and open a new one. To manage Kobani, it is necessary to jointly manage its security and institutions.

"Mazgin Khalil", one of the other members of this delegation, also stated in relation to this meeting: "We went to this city at the invitation of the Aleppo Governorate, which is affiliated to the Damascus government. Referring to the points raised in this meeting, he added: "One of our main demands is the withdrawal of Syrian government-affiliated military forces from the villages of Kobani, so that the refugees can return safely to their areas." Also, the current blockade and the daily problems caused by it, including the lack of water, electricity and other basic necessities of life, were other topics discussed.

Mazgin Khalil further emphasized that the diversity and internal differences of Syria were also mentioned in this meeting and said: "These differences can be considered as a social wealth that provides the possibility of better defense of the society and living in peace, away from enmity, war and conflict.
