According to Kordpress, the leader of the National Movement Party (MHP), Dolat Bahce Lee, referring to the completion of the "National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy" commission report in the parliament, announced that the "Turkey without terrorism" project has passed the political stage and has now entered the legislative and legal adjustment phase. While emphasizing the complete dissolution of the PKK structures and the inclusion of the February 27, 2025 call to the KCK, he called for a review of the administrative situation and a review of the appointment of guardians (appointed mayors) and clearly stated that Ahmed Turk and Ahmed Ozer should return to their positions in the municipalities of Mardin and Esenyurt in Istanbul. At the same time, Baghche Lee emphasized the principles of the unified, national and secular state of Türkiye and said that Turks and Kurds are "one nation."

Baghche Lee announced in his speech that the report of the "National Solidarity, Fraternity and Democracy" commission was completed after months of work and was approved by the majority of the members. Emphasizing that this process proceeded without foreign mediation, he said: "The representatives of the national will served the goal of 'Turkey without terror' without a third eye, without foreign hands and without foreign mediators." Now it's time for political and legal adjustments." According to him, from now on, the legal framework of the new stage should be formulated and its operational path should be clarified.

The leader of the National Movement Party clearly stated that the complete disarmament and dissolution of the PKK structures should be finalized immediately. "The complete dissolution of the organization and the abandonment of weapons must be realized without delay," he said. Baghche Lee emphasized that the security and intelligence institutions should monitor and verify the process of disarmament, and after the stabilization of this stage, the necessary legal basis for the transition to a period without weapons should be provided. He also warned that this process should not be implemented in an incomplete or symbolic way.

Referring to the February 27, 2025 call of the founding leader of the PKK, Baghche Lee said: "This call includes the KCK as well as the PKK." He emphasized that the upper structure of the organization should also be dissolved and no parallel or hidden part of this organization should remain. According to him, passing the armed stage requires the complete end of the organizational structure.

He then addressed the issue of "Amrali's situation" and Abdullah Ojalan's position and said: "If there is an issue about Emrali's situation - which we think there is - then it should be honestly discussed and a reasonable solution found." Baghche Lee asked how Emrali's position will be defined in the framework of the new stage and how the "vacuum of Emrali's status" will be resolved. He emphasized that this issue should be investigated in a transparent and rational environment.

In another part of his speech, Baghche Lee addressed the issue of guardians (appointed mayors) and said: "The issue of guardians should be re-evaluated without worry and in the framework of democracy." He specifically added: "Conditions must be provided for two Ahmads to return to their positions." He was referring to Ahmed Turk, the deposed mayor of Mardin, and Ahmed Ozer, the deposed mayor of Snivert, Istanbul, both of whom are prominent Kurdish politicians.

At the same time, Baghche Lee emphasized the fundamental principles of Turkey's political system and said: "The Republic of Turkey is based on the structure of a single, national and secular government, and there is no going back from these principles." He clarified that within the framework of this structure, any amendment or legal regulation should be done within the framework of the constitution and national unity, and no separatism or change in the nature of the government is in question.

In the end, emphasizing national solidarity, he stated: "In Türkiye, a Turk is the same as a Kurd, and a Kurd is the same as a Turk." Turks and Kurds are one nation. Baghche Lee added that the ultimate goal is to stabilize the historical brotherhood between Turks and Kurds and strengthen internal stability in a situation where the region is facing serious security tensions.
