According to Kurdpress, the media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) reacted by issuing a statement to the statements of Nour al-Din Baba, the spokesperson of the Syrian Ministry of Interior, and announced that the Syrian Interior Minister is trying to evade responsibility for the events that took place in the Hol camp through these positions.

The statement of the SDF media center, which was published on the official website of these forces, states: "Armed groups affiliated with the Syrian interim government entered the camp and took out families affiliated with ISIS in front of the established forces." This process continued for more than a week, and the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior of the Damascus government are directly responsible for the situation created during the period when they were in control of the camp.

The SDF emphasized that these events were documented and could not be "distorted or hidden" through media statements. In the continuation of this statement, it is stated that the spokesperson of the Syrian Ministry of Interior is trying to avoid responsibility for the failure in the management of this case, after taking control of the camp by the institutions affiliated to Damascus.

In another part of this statement, it is stated that the SDF forces and the management of the camp have fulfilled their humanitarian, moral and security obligations over the past years, despite security complications, lack of necessary support and continuous challenges.

The Syrian Democratic Forces also considered the recent statements of Damascus officials to be part of political efforts to divert public opinion and cover up security and administrative deficiencies during the period of control of the camp by forces affiliated with the Syrian interim government.

In the end, the SDF reiterated that the withdrawal of its forces from the camp was a direct result of the military attacks and operations of Damascus against this area and its surroundings. In this statement, it is stated that the evacuation and transfer of Daesh families took place after the arrival of affiliated groups in Damascus and these forces were directly involved in this process.

In the end, the Syrian Democratic Forces announced that during the past years, they have been the most committed party in managing this complex case based on the highest humanitarian and security standards.
