According to Kurdpress, Qobad Talabani issued a massage on the anniversary of the chemical bombing of Halabja.

He emphasized that Halbja is the capital of peace in Kurdistan.

He added: "Halbja always reminds me that we should be friends with the whole world, but in the end, we have each other's backs."
