Kurdish-Arab forces liberated the city of Manbij from the IS control in 2016.
Turkey blamed the operation which led into control of Manbij and has vowed to expel the YPG from the city.
Turkey and the U.S. will oversee the withdrawal of YPG forces from the Kurdish town of Manbij in northern Syria and Turkish and U.S. soldiers will provide security for the region, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on March 13.
Speaking to reporters on his flight to Moscow, Cavusoglu said Turkey and the U.S. will decide on a plan to secure Manbij during talks on March 19.
A Syrian Kurdish leading official, however, denied the Kurds are aware of the U.S.-Turkey deal.
Aldar Xelil told Reuters that they have no information about the deal, reiterating the Manbij is not under the control of Kurds and it is being controlled by local forces since 2016.
