What the Syrian army is doing is a war crime

In its latest report, Human Rights Watch condemns the Syrian army for committing war crimes in Syrian Kurdistan.

Kurdpress: According to a report by Human Rights Watch, the security forces of the Shara  government in Aleppo have launched an arrest campaign, abducting dozens of Kurdish citizens to an unknown location, After the takeover of the Tishrin Dam by government forces, water and electricity have been deliberately cut off in Kobanê and parts of Aleppo.

He also said that Damascus government fighters threw the body of a female fighter from the roof of a building in Aleppo neighborhoods, calling it an insult to the body and a war crime given.

For his part, Adam Kugel, deputy director of Human Rights Watch's Middle East division, said the use of basic necessities as weapons against civilians is a violation and a crime against humanity.
