In these meetings, referring to the decisions taken at the European Parliament meeting, Elham Ahmad stated: "Based on these resolutions, the necessity of establishing a new Syria has been emphasized; A country where all its people live in freedom and at the top of it, the Kurdish issue whose rights have been violated in the political structure of Syria for years should be resolved in a fair way."

Elham Ahmad said about the purpose of his trip to Europe: "We want to make our voices heard in these meetings and receive guarantees for the current development process; But so far, no clear mechanism has been provided for these guarantees."

He asked the European Union to provide a real guarantee for the implementation of the agreement between the SDF and Damascus and added: "The issue of the constitution, establishing the rights of the Kurds in its text and recognizing the self-government of the Kurdish regions is one of the main axes of this agreement, and how to implement it should be determined."

Elham Ahmad also pointed out the role of the Kurds in the fight against ISIS: "In the face of the sacrifices that have been made, at least the rights of the Kurds should be guaranteed in the Syrian constitution, and the mediating countries between the autonomous administration and Damascus should support us so that the internal political solution in Syria is realized; However, no practical steps have been taken in this regard.

In another part of his speech, he described the attacks of the armed groups affiliated with the Syrian interim government on the areas controlled by the SDF as "an attack on democracy in the north and east of Syria" and said that these attacks targeted values that were guaranteed in those areas, including the rights o" women and the rights of other ethnic groups and social components.
