According to Kurdpress, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrur Barzani, in a telephone conversation with US Secretary of Energy, Chris Wright, about the latest developments the Kurdistan Region and Iraq,  especially in the field of the energy.

The Kurdistan Regional Government announced in a statement that in this telephone call, the decision of the regional government to allow the resumption of oil exports through the error of the climate pipe to the port of Ceyhan, Turkey, which is considered a step to facilities affairs and reduce economic pressures, was positively evaluated.

In this conversation, Masrur Barzani stressed the need to continue coordination and support to protect the infrastructure of the energy sector in the Kurdistan Region.
