According to Kurdpress, some Iraqi media outlets reported multiple explosions in Sulaymaniyah Province on Friday evening.

Based on these reports, at least five to seven explosions have been heard in various parts of Sulaymaniyah so far; it is also alleged that plumes of smoke have been seen rising from bases housing U.S. forces in the province.
