According to Sharpress, in the past few days, Hoshyar Omar Ali, a member of the National Assembly of the Movement for Change, told Zaman Press news site that the 80% of the conditions set in the agreement on the formation of the Kurdistan Regional Government had not been implemented and assembly had decided to leave the government and this decision will be implemented soon.
But a few hours after the announcement, Shunas Shirko, the head of diplomatic relations for the movement, denied the remarks and stressed that the National Assembly had not decided to leave the regional government under any condition.
However, Nizar Mohammad, another member of the National Assembly of the Movement for Change, once again announced the party's decision to leave the government, saying that the assembly had met with the Movement for Change team in the regional government and had decided to leave the government.
He stressed that the decision to leave the KRG has been made and the party team in the government has repeatedly stated that it adheres to the decisions of the assembly and should implement the party's plans in the government.
Nizar Mohammad's remarks comes at a time that the Movement for Change issued a statement denying its departure from the KRG, saying that no such decision had been made by the party and if such a decision is made it would be formally announced by the movement.
