Iran, Iraq officials discus finishing railroad

<p style="text-align:left">An advisor to Iran first vice president and Iraq's minister of transport discussed finishing the railroad between Iran and Iraq on Sunday.

Hassan Danaeefar and Iraq's Abdullah Luaibi discussed the solutions to expand ties in transportation, which included the completion of the railroad from Khorramshar, southwestern Iran, to Basra, southeastern Iraq, IRNA reported.
About 30 kilometers of the railway has not been made yet, that according to the previous agreement, Iraq should complete it.
Reviving Iran-Iraq-Syria transit line was another issue the two sides discussed in the meeting.
Iranian side of the meeting expressed readiness of Iranian companies to implement the project for Iraq.
In the meeting, the most recent situation in bilateral ties and collaborations were also discussed.
Iran's ambassador to Iraq Iraj Masjedi was also present in the meeting.
