KRG political system needs radical changes: resigned speaker

<p style="text-align: left;">The resigned Speaker of the local parliament of Kurdistan Region stated that the political, educational and economic system of Kurdistan Region needs changes, adding that the goal behind the coalition of opposition movements in the region is to uproot corruption and injustice.

According to Xendan, Yusuf Muhammad Sadiq held a meeting with a delegation from a council from the National Front and reiterated on the need for alliance and cooperation between Movement for Change (Gorran), Islamic Community and the Alliance List for democracy and justice in the region.

Sadiq, who is a leading member of Gorran, reiterated that the alliance is not seeking animosity with any lines and is determined to fight against corruption and injustice.

The resigned parliament speaker and the leader of the alliance added that the present defeat of the region is the result of a wrong management in the region, calling for efforts to bring an end to the troubles the Kurdish region is facing.
