Kurds deny decision to boycott Iraq’s elections

<p style="text-align: left;">A member of the Movement for Change (Gorran), the second biggest political party in Kurdistan Region, denied reports that the parties of the region have planned to boycott the upcoming parliamentary elections in Iraq in case the national budget of the country is approved without the Kurds&amp;rsquo; approval.

Tavge Ehmed told al-Maalomeh News Agency that the parties have not made such a decision yet adding that the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) has decided not to participate in Kirkuk province and Tuz Khormatu, a northern Iraqi city, council elections

She refuted reports that the Kurds are to boycott parliamentary polls.
